Ratings and reviews submitted once can’t be edited before next 6 months. Post 6 months you will be allowed to update the existing rating.

There is a moderation process to ensure that all reviews are authentic and readable. During the review moderation process, you may receive an email asking for additional information to process your review. If you do not see your review in 10 business days after you submitted it, please contact us at channelscapesupport@edgeinsights.in

Didn’t find the Partner that you were looking for. Please click on Rate & Review and follow the steps to submit an update request. We usually take 48hrs to 72hrs to update a valid record. You shall be notified once your request is updated.

There is no limit on the number of ally’s review that an individual can submit. However for a single Ally, you will allowed to submit only 1 review which will be editable after 6 months time.

Reviewers are verified through a multi-step process including completion of a profile with their e-mail, job role, title and details about their organization.
